I have been working on these for awhile now. Trying to work them until I was pleased with the project in whole. I thought I would share my progress so far. These started out as individual dolls that throughout the creative process became one. Nothing ever seems to be what I intend it to be from start to finish.

I want these dolls to be complete as an individual piece, but I am finding just as in life that when a creative soul is not connected to another they just are not complete, it is through creative friendships that we become inspired and complete in our creativity.

Wow! These are pretty cool! I just discovered your blog. Do you offer any of your art to purchase online?
My friend and I run an Orlando/Central Florida blog, and are constantly looking for content, particularly local individuals.
Hello there,
I don't know anything about dotee dolls but am seeing them a lot on my web travels.I love the way these interlink, it really works!
Hope you got my mail.....
your thoughts make this fabric project even more special! i thought at first at siamese twins, but then scrolled further and saw that they are two individual dolls. fabulous idea! and of course i love kaffe fassett fabric, the clay faces and the beaing - brief - everything!
Jill these are sooooo wonderful! I love how snugly they fit together and those beautiful fabrics and beading.... what a wonderful project (and very individual)
I like the dialogue between the dolls, it's terrific creation
